Many dog breeds are out there to choose from and bring home. But only a few are built to be left alone at home or apartments when its human has to go to work. In short, there are handful of dogs, meant to have at home by full time professionals. This makes the first-time (to-be) dog owners, a bit nervous. But they need not be. Starting to do research on Bullmastiff for sale is a good first step, while checking out the dogs from below list is even better.
- Chow Chow: The appearance is of a huge teddy bear, which seems inviting the viewer to come and cuddle him. However, this breed is averse to physical closeness and snuggling. Just like cat, it does not mingle with strangers and avoids getting hugger. Still it is good with his own human family for it makes a perfect guard-dog because of its suspicion on strangers. They don’t get irritated when left alone for long in the apartment or home.
- Peekapoo: A hybrid of Poodle and Pekingese, this breed has peculiarly inherited all best traits from the two breeds. It just needs something to keep them amused and they would spend a full day alone at home. This intelligent and affectionate small breed is good choice for anyone who has to be out of home most of the time, but still wants to have a small dog.
3. Bullmastiff: For full time workers, who have a hectic life and schedule, having a dog that loves to sleep is a blessing. This large-sized dog needs much less workout than its active visage. Short walks each day are enough for a full grown Bullmastiff. However, when it’s a Bullmastiff puppy, it does need tremendous volume of exercise, because puppies are full of energy.
Taking any dog as a puppy, means it will have to be trained for staying in the apartment independently. Such an activity requires ample training on part of the owner.
